Features

  1. Provides storage for more than 20,000 sets of program files (mainly determined by internal hard drive capacity), allowing storage of over 20,000 different mold processing conditions. Features multiple sets of processing coordinate storage.

  2. Equipped with 10-step automatic fine finishing function, offering three programming methods: (1) Manual editing: edit processing conditions based on personal experience; (2) AUTOZ auto editing: automatically compiles processing conditions by inputting maximum depth, starting current, number of steps, and processing area; (3) FUZZY Z intelligent editing: automatically compiles processing conditions by selecting electrode shape, electrode/workpiece material, starting current, number of steps, electrode area, stock allowance, processing efficiency, and depth setting. All three methods allow complete processing from rough → medium → fine in one cycle.

  3. X, Y, Z axis coordinates can be switched between metric and imperial units.

  4. XY axis lock function: prevents workpiece damage caused by accidental XY movement during processing.

  5. Z axis lock function: convenient for electrode positioning and coordination with orbiting systems.

  6. Allows modification of processing step or pre-processing step conditions during operation.

  7. Automatic carbon buildup detection: when unstable conditions occur due to carbon buildup, the computer automatically adjusts processing parameters and increases debris lifting height; automatically restores when stable.

  8. Programmable lift function: electrode can be lifted 2–10 times to a set position during deep hole processing for improved debris removal.

  9. Features secondary discharge elimination function.
